Great delivery guys and store but this product was crap and it was clogged with so much oil that I could have dabbed it ten times

The wax was leaking out of the cart when I received the product and I didn’t get to enjoy it

The product I received was half empty from being stored incorrectly and I basically got ripped off.

Owner is very nice and understanding of people not understanding the credit card system

Today a young man named Joe particularly went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed even with a malfunctioning card reader and me having the wrong pin. He was polite and courteous and professional and is a prime example of employee excellence. He made sure that I checked my bank account so I did not get double charged and was extremely courteous when I needed to go and check on my child upstairs. He is a gem to your company

Whenever I go to Connected I look forward to the polite conversation with attentive staff who are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied with my purchase. In particular a young man named Jesse Buna , he is very sweet and has exceptional customer service skills. Another young man named Johnathon (please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong!) He is so personable and polite that it is hard to believe. And last but not least my new favorite Budtender Tre , he has an excellent attitude and is a wonderful conversationalist . All of these young men have been patient and understanding with someone who rambles and has anxiety, I appreciate all of them.
