The only dispensary that matches Breakwater’s quality is Garden State Dispensary, which is overpriced in my opinion. The only people who complain about Breakwater are those who don’t show up to their first appointment on time or those who don’t understand why they can only consult with new patients on 2 days of the week. If you can get over this and wanna purchase high quality marijuana at an affordable price, go to Breakwater.
