I order quite a bit from high tide but this last order has made me appreciate them so much more!! Everything always comes perfect but this time my plugplay cart was defective and wouldn't connect to any batteries. I called them to see if they did refunds or exchanges and they were just like "of course<3" and made the process soooo easy. When I was available they sent out a driver and I gave them the defective one and they gave me a brand new one (even gave me their signature hi chews still & even gave me 1 point for the whole interaction ! SoOO SWEEET ) I really appreciate the customer service!! They take credit/debit/cash which is so cool. Their delivery time is always reasonable and if it's ever a wait it's rare and it must be a crazy day. The operators and the drivers are so nice and chill. Stiizy wax is where its at, alien labs for the flower, plugplay for the carts, Smokiez sour blue raspberry gummies for edibles !!! These are must haves when I order from here and sohigh
