We’re disappointed to receive a two-star rating solely because the requested address is outside our delivery zone. Our coverage areas are clearly defined based on licensing, driver availability, distance, and our ability to provide reliable service. Unfortunately, being nearby does not automatically place an address within an active delivery area.
