Staff is very kind and helpful with information. Their flower does not seem to be the top quality product available to a medical patient in florida at the moment. Thc counts are quite high but look and smell seems to lack behind. I dont purchase much because its usually just a little more expensive then other store and they usually have smaller portion(oils). Sadly when i arrived on a sunday they only had oz bags for sale..... not 7gs or 3.5 but a full 28gs at $350. I will be adding more reviews if i ever try more of their products

The front desk is helpfull ,but not reachable by phone, if you do try to call you will get the main customer service line. The flower is great but the high thc strains end up being $53 an 8th! Too expensive in general , the $40 8th are always more reasonable. No matter the teir the quality is excellent, you see alot of strains throughout the weeks , jack herrier, girlscout , crescendo, 9lb etc.. the tru shatter has to be some of the best i cant believe its not dimoands "shatter" out there. You can hold it in your hand in the sun..stable ..stable ..stable.. now on to the bad..........(1)i ate 425mg, half of a truclear hybrid banana kush a "oral"/smokable syringe and did not have a single effect. I waited a good three hours to unfortunately have to smoke the other half to get a high. Big stinking waste of money if your looking to eat it in my personal high tolerance opinion. (2)YOU CAN NOT SEARCH UP MOST BATCH NUMBERS ON TRULIEVE'S WEBSITE. STAFF DO NOT HAVE IT ON HAND. Extremely disappointing AT $53 8THS. Most dispensaries seem to only have to provide that to the florida goverment solely. (3) staff is not the most knowledgeable... im only assuming by some lack of indepth knowledge about strains.(4) friends pick up order took a hour to pick up!!!

It becomes impossible to get in contact with the front desk at this establishment at intervals of time.(which is always a plus to atleast have!!!!Ty!!) unfortunately it could be due to the fact the front desk girl is also labeling products while taking phone calls,Did i also mention she gets RUDE... (From the flower i had) The Pakistani kush is a high thc indica but sadly does not look or smell the part. This is also true with the duct tape that fortunately has a better smell and taste. NOW the mandarin cookies has too be their best strain.. decent buzz, high thc hybrid with amazing purple color and strong orange pine aroma. I must also add i requested to speak to managment , were then i provided my name and number but was never contacted afterwards.
