I seem to recall a post made awhile back complaining about the seeds found in the Royal Gorilla. We invited you back to take care of the issue, but we didn't ever hear from you again. Interestingly, no one else had any complaints about that product. I too wish we could post pictures, because Afgoo is mainly large, substantial nugs. After reading this review, I personally went back and inspected each of the 1/8th's we have for sale. All of them are filled with some of the largest buds we cultivate. We can't make these things better for you if we're not given an opportunity. We do understand the inconvenience of having to drive back if you live in the valley, however a phone call to the shop could have resulted in a remedy far more sufficiently than a negative Weedmaps review. We strive to provide our customers with only the best. When given the chance, we go out of our way to find solutions, should problems ever arise. Hi Smokr. Sorry about the super silver haze. I agree that it was not the super silver haze I used to get in Girdwood in the early 2000s! It also wasn't produced by Catalyst. We will make sure to pass on your comments to the cultivator. I would like to remind you that all of our flower at Catalyst is served deli style. This allows the customer to visually examine the buds and to even smell them before purchasing. We also have all of our flower on sale on Wednesdays for $40/eighth if you ever want one of our top shelf strains for a better prices.

I'm sorry to see this review. This hasn't been our experience with Royal Gorilla at all. Please bring in the remainder and ask to speak with Aimee or Veronica so we can figure out what went wrong and make it right.

thanks aksmokr83. we made sure to notify the manufacturer of the hellraiser shatter. We did not grow or manufacture the strain or the product. When a manufacturer labels something shatter, we keep the same label. We always have a variety of concentrates that are produced using Catalyst's organically grown flower. I encourage you to give us another try, you won't be disappointed!

Shake is the flower that broke off the bud and collected at the bottom of the jar. What you meant to say is that you think the prerolls are made from straight trim which they are not. We grind popcorn bud and send it through our filtering process to make sure we get the cleanest product possible. Also, generalizations like "it was awful" or "the budtenders are clueless" does not help other potential customers or us when reading reviews. Try to be more detailed as to why you have that opinion because it is hard for us to improve when we get generalized comments. Thank you for shopping with us. -K

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. Our in-house "Pineapple Chunk" is currently on sale (at the time of this writing) for $13/g. This is a popular, flavorful strain that customers seem to love. Some of the other strains that you are referring to at lower prices, $10-$12g, are grown by third parties and may be more suitable for customers that want a lighter THC dose. Some of them are also higher in CBD for those that are seeking this kind of flower. Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your business and hope that you'll give us another chance.

Hello Aksmokr83. Thank you for providing us with the feedback. We appreciate everything that helps us grow, improve, and serve our customers better. I would like to respond to the each of the points that you raised. We have been making an effort to diversify our selection to provide customers with more, fun options. In the past month we have brought in Pakalolo's "Palms" as well as edibles by "Treat Yo' Self" and "Lady Gray Medibles." We are also in the midst of a "spring cleaning" to refresh our inventory in preparation for summer. Over the past two weeks there have been some great sales, down to $11/g on third-party flower. It is our intention to provide customers with a good selection of both our in-house strains as well as some of the best offerings by third-party growers. We have not seen any seeds in Chernobyl or Sherbert and have had no other reports of this, so if you can show this to our store manager, Anita, that would be very helpful. We take such reports seriously and would like to get to the bottom of this. We have recently brought the prices of our concentrates down, and in fact there are some great deals right now as a result of our "spring cleaning" sale. I would encourage you to stop by and check them out if you are interested in concentrates. We have also recently rolled out a brand new customer loyalty system with many new reward options and more great things to come. Yesterday, we had a special, one-day only sale yesterday on our in-house, 26.5% THC Tundra Berry. I hope that you got the word and were able to take advantage of the special sale. Finally, I noticed that you rated us 3/5 stars on atmosphere (but didn't highlight where we might be coming up short), 1/5 stars on accessibility (also with no feedback on why), and 2/5 stars on staff. Are there other issues that you did not call out? Our store is about six months old, and we are still learning and adapting to the ever changing environment.
