Went in for the first time and felt like I was a regular. In fact when customers came in Mer (Mar) knew everyone’s name and it was like a family reunion. Her kindness and care for her customers was top-notch. She made my visit super welcoming and that alone will bring me back. They had the products I was searching for AND I came in the right day to get an additional 20% (and my 1 cent preroll for being a newbie). They have a generous loyalty program as well as military discount. Super happy to have found them and looking forward to seeing them again!

I never do reviews, but I’m compelled after receiving such amazing customer service/product and to also offset a 1star review from another customer who didn’t do their due diligence. I usually do a lot of research on what I want to buy prior to going to a shop and I thought it was bit harsh to give them a bad review based on someone who didn’t ask questions on their purchase. From my experience they aren’t out to rip anyone off to purchase accessories to enjoy their products. Maybe a 3star review would have been more appropriate based on what I read what happen, but definitely not a 1star review. Also I am bit of a purity snob and didn’t think their 3pak prerolls were going to be any good due to being made with trim, but I now buy their 3paks in bulk. Perhaps the best deal I’ve seen since our state wisely opened up for recreational sales and way better than most of the other shops that I’ve purchase prerolls from. Plus you can’t go wrong with their $7/gram deals on pure bud!
