Me and coworker stopped in on Friday after twerk on the hunt for an eighth and some edibles. (About 4:45/5:00pm) I loved the shop on the inside, as it was nice and spaced out which is perfect during the COVID. My budtender was a female working closest to the front door. She had a very happy, professional and helpful attitude. She was also extremely up to date with her product inventory and product knowledge. She was even able to upsell me from an 1/8 to buying a 1/4 of the same product (Ed’s Banana Punch). I wish I remembered her name to give her a shoutout because I am not the easiest customer to deal with and she did a great job. I was even able to leave with one of their $1 Breast Cancer Awareness joints! Which I have never seen another canna company attempt to do. I hope GNC makes more shops throughout Alaska, love their people, product and service.

Just popped into the Roots for the first time, heard allot about it from my friends. They have THE BEST point system and I have never had greater service from budtenders than I have from Garrett and Kaitlyn. Thank you guys for bringing premium bud to A-town. Will definitely shop here again.
