There are various reasons why a preroll would clog to include over packing,product that is ground too finely, crutch issues, or too much kief. We fill our joints with popcorn bud which gets ground after the stem is removed. I am honestly not surprised you do not know this since you have not worked here. I am also pretty sure you mean to accuse us of filling them trim, not shake. Shake is just the broken down bud at the bottom of the jar which would still make them all bud joints if they were filled with our shake.
