Less than 1 star. Negative stars. Walked in and nobody said a word to me. Got in the express pickup line and still nobody spoke to me, but everyone instead walked around the pickup area like I was not standing there. This is the second time this has happened. I told myself after the first I would never come back, but unfortunately this dispensary is across from my work so it was all about convenience, which this place is far from. I had to get the attention of someone finally after 10 minutes of employees walking around me like I wasn’t there. Express pickup is a joke and so is this dispensary. Not sure about other KOLAS in the area but both of my experiences here have been less than satisfactory. And honestly the weed is TRASH. SPEND WHATEVER YOURE SPENDING ELSEWHERE.

The times I’ve ordered from here I’ve had the same delivery driver, Erik. He’s such a positive spirit and always delivers with a smile on his face. Thank you!

Description of items are not detailed. Have purchased multiple times from this retailer only buying the same products, CAKE she hits different disposables. Tonight we purchased 4 different flavors, upon arrival we realized 2 of the 4 items were only cartridges and not disposable pens. When calling the retailer the woman stated it was advertised in the description, we had the product pulled up on our end and let her know it was not listed as just a cartridge. While on the phone she asked for pictures of the description we were reading, we sent them and she just kept stating how it was weird that what we were reading the same ads and the descriptions did not match, we agreed and asked how we could rectify the situation, the lady just kept asking for more screen shots and then hung up on us. Horrible customer service and horrible advertising.

Bud tenders are rude and know nuthin about the jobs they have and also do not inform customers that ALL THE WEED THEY HAVE IS OUTDOOR would give negative stars if possible DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!
