My container was empty and I didn't open it until I was home. I thought how would they believe me..because it smelled like plastic duh! Lol when I called the manager was very nice and said that it has happened before and thanked me for being so understanding. I was compensated with a new container and $25 extra spending money. This place is very clean and staff is very friendly.
