The delivery people are chill, but this place lost my business for sure. Expect nearly half your order to be out of stock EVERY time and replaced randomly, and having to deal with slow customer service to request replacements. Inventory management is a pretty standard business practice, but not here it seems. Not only will half of your order be wrong out the gate, the ones that weren’t replaced may still end up wrong in your bag. One of my products was switched out (in addition to the ones they told me about) with something random that was cheaper, and I was still charged for the product that was not delivered. When I contacted customer service about it, they ignored me and then closed out the chat, stealing my money. This place sucks and is untrustworthy, don’t buy from them.
