I didn't get a goodie bag on 4/20/26 spent over $200, no food available, no freebies not even a bad preroll, 20 Blem products that are not available that are on the Live Menu, waited over 1 hour 20 mins, FALSE ADVERTISING, BAIT AND SWITCH, not ADA compliant. Prices are higher here than other shops some times twice as high as their other OTC stores. Stop the BS. There should be a line for people that know what they want so everyone doesn't have to wait 20 mins while they look and smell 10 products a lot of people were pissed at how long some took. Management call me if you even look at these reviews...

Could you keep the flower menu updated, when you are out of what is listed it is a bummer to have to get something else and then my caregiver comes back with something I didn't want. I guess I will have to call in to check instead of relying on the online menu from now on, I wanted 24K OG and ended up with Louis XIII which still isn't on the menu, no update in over 2 days...
