If you order online to skip the line, then do not order from Noxx. They can not handle having any sale whether it was New Year's eve or yesterday BOGO delivery special....online pickup order I waited in Lobby on New Year's as my order was sitting on the counter not fulfilled! After 30 minutes or maybe more I got my order...but the General manager Jess, choose to skip my order and fulfill another customers order who came in the lobby 20 minutes after me...no free pre-roll to say sorry or anything but obviously being overwhelmed with a staff who can't handle a line... Then yesterday my order I placed at 6:30pm for delivery time of 7:30 to 9 was just cancelled for no reason...then I called James said yes I just cancelled it...so I said well I am gonna come and grab it...raced over the less than one mile to Noxx and James still didn't care he cancelled the order and just acted like oh well...and the tattooed female manager who just stared at me and didn't say omg so sorry we cancelled your order ..more like who does this guy think he is vibes from her...

Got given the wrong order after waiting for 40 minutes, then another 5 minutes after the fact.
