Product selection is OK. The front desk, budtenders, and host had exceptional service. On the other hand, the lounge had a long wait for service once I was seated. One of my purchases was on card for an $8 St Ides canned infused drink, and I was charged $21, $2.50 of which being a card fee. I was not provided a receipt. To summarize; I had good impressions of the storefront and being seating in the lounge, but would not visit the lounge, due to the undisclosed fees on products.
