On their website they give you an exact ETA, Courier shows up exactly when they say they will. If by chance, they're out of stock they will contact you immediately, unlike other places that leave you guessing for hours until YOU contact THEM.. *cough* Kushagram

When I placed my first order I used my brother's address, This last time I ordered I made sure to put my address. They stated the issue was on my end, but the delivery address was/is correct, Not saying the service was bad, Really great people and a really great shop. Maybe just take the extra minute to manage the details ensuring things end up at the right place..
