Love you guys
But this the 2nd time I had a problem with the Key Lime Pie Airgraft pod. I only received this twice because it was part of a deal with Green Dragon. This is now the only pod I have trouble with from Bare Labs. They need to take this off of any deals or selling. I have had numerous Airgraft issues with certain pods only from Bare Labs the Kiwi Strawberry is amazing but Key Lime is crystalized and I'm not even getting vapor. I tried asking for a different flavor to replace Key Lime due to it not working properly for there deal buy one get one for a penny I believe but they had no other pods to provide. This issues needs to be fixed by Bare Labs because Green Dragon is an amazing dispensary and they are full of good people but they need products without defects.

The Best
I can't tell you how much I love this Dispensary I had to bring a few items back that weren't working. But the staff was kind, and understanding I explained that Airgraft pods had some problems they let me come back and exchange pods. No attitude or unwelcomeness here this is the best Dispensary since I have been back living in California. They're more than great they're'Legendary with there customer skills, and kind hearted individuals. I have been to a lot and I mean alot of dispensaries but alot of them have been very frustrating to deal with. But Green Dragon takes good care of there customers. Best Dispensary in California hands down I struggle with a mental disability and they treat you like family brah. Always very patient with me and that means alot been to alot of Dispensaries I only go to one now it's a bit of a travel but Off the Charts is my #1 go to damn mayne it's worth the trip. It's kind of in a hard to park area but when you enter fam you feel the love. They have so many selections it's crazy I have had a hard time staying lit Big Chief who I never knew about got me lit and there carts are 100% real. I appreciate all the budtenders there you make me believe in there is still very loyal customer service out there. People I dont write reviews unless I need to Off the Charts is actually genuine to there saying and I stand by them 100%. Ps give them tips these young individuals deserve it. Love y'all, Cam

Why!
I'm so sick and f****** tired of getting disappointed by these carts. I'm not trolling I'm dead serious It sucks wasting money when the reviews I read of such amazing oils turns out a different story. This cart doesn't even keep me high its weak asf I was even told by budtenders that its fire. These carts total arent cheap to just keep dropping bread on. maybe I got a bad batch or something even the taste is plasticky. I'm hoping my dispensary will let me slide on a return.

What to do
Great flavor but very weak oil. Same with Mango Mang the flavors arent the problem the potency is.

Not impressed
Very weak and I was recommended this by a budtender at my dispensary goes to show how much they really know. The taste is good but the potency is horrible. I'm so sick and tired of buying these carts recommended and they do nothing with that I wish I could give you zero stars I've wasted so much money on your carts you skimp on oil to which is bs.

No place better
Dank Depot is incredible I used to live in Cat City and it's still my go to even though I live in Rancho Mirage now I still make sure to take the travel to see them. They are very honest, and very knowledgeable compared to alot of places. I highly recommend them for your future purchases and the Puff Parlor is gee asf.

Concerned
This is another review I love you guys but your parking lot is just so small and it's hard to park I have a wide sedan car so I dont really want to get in an accident as well as I dont want to see anyone else as well. Also I'm concerned about the Stiiizys I picked up are you 100 percent that they are worth keeping I've had so many flavors the 93 percent SF VOG, purple punch causing a sore throat, as well as the Skywalker all weak highs not the way I used to know Stiiizy anyways if you talk to them please consider asking why they are so unstable potency wise and at 93 percent for the SF VOG it should give me a lasting high like a girl attendant said there. I dont have 75 bucks to spend on there new terpenes ones. So I expect still paying 42 for Stiiizy to at least give me a high. Anyways the staff you have is very friendly, and really care and you're an amazing dispensary. You deserve a customer service award and I'm proud to call you my dispensary I dont go anywhere else.

We have discussed the parking situation with our team and we will be working on ensuring that there is always parking accessible to our customers, sometimes we get a high volume of customers all at the same time and parking can be very limited or tight and we do apologize for that. As far as the Stiiizy pods, we like to carry a vast majority of strains that all test at different thc levels so that both new users who may want a more subtle high, as well as more experienced consumers can have options to choose from. Unfortunately the liquid live resin and cannabis derived terpene infused pods are a bit more expensive, however they will have a "stronger" high that tends to last longer than the regular distillate pods. I would suggest trying one of them to see if it works for you. I know you may not want to spend that much on a pod but it would probably last you longer than a regular one considering that it is more potent and you won't have to smoke as much to feel it :)

I cant tell you how much I appreciate you guys the 20 percent off is a blessing you're a good hearted dispensary the rest are so expensive. I feel like I'm paying f****** rent just to get high on these products. But thanks to Authentic 760 I finally feel I belong. I wish I could work there I'm really fun to be around. These are not only good people working to stay alive but even the customers should feel like a family there. I love you guys so much only place I know they dont make you feel worthless and I have a mental challenge I've struggled my whole life with so being kind and patient really helps. Anyways thank you so much I'm glad we were able to work out our differences I'm a fan for life. You actually care about people and you work hard during this pandemic. Especially this dude at the register even though he doesnt see my face hes like a good homie every time I'm ready to check out he always helpful. Thanks, Cameron

Garbage
Where the hell is everyone getting high reviews on TBK. I can barely hold a fuckin high on this cart especially when they are not cheap. Budtenders seem to be idiots because constantly there recommendations are shit. Im pissed im now out 45 bucks and am growing tired of these carts from selective high ranking companies not producing. I should of went with raw garden atleast they produce. I contacted TBK since that dispensary i went to would not refund my money. Very disappointed.
