Levels is a cool dispensary but this last time i went i had a bad experience. On friday’s they run a Heavy Hitters promotions i went in on a friday around noon and was told they were all out of heavy hitters slow cure disposables but was told by the budtender that they had more in the back but were not going to be put out on the floor till the following day. I then asked why till the following day as the promotion was that day only and it would not longer be the discounted price tomorrow. I tried to have them get me a disposable from the back since they said they had them but they refused to get me one. Its just very unprofessional to run a promotion and hide all the product you are running a “promotion” on in the back so that people can not buy them. Very unprofessional!

First time visiting firehouse in turlock and was not expecting such a long line but my bud tender Jacqueline made up for the ridiculous long line. Jacqueline was very nice and recommended me some 🔥 flower! Usually when i get recommendations from other dispensaries they are not the greatest but this time around i was recommended some lumpys flower by Jacqueline which was exotic as f***. Just want to shout her out and say thank you for the great recommendation it will now be my go to!
