Update needed every day instead of having a strain available online, approved for distribution online, and after the website informs me that everything with my order is correct and available until I show up to get my order and only then is informed that all of a sudden my order is not just unavailable but that what I ordered is not even in stock. A heads up would be a nice gesture. I know people that drive a longer ways than me but who hates to waste time and gas money for nothing. The staff is ok but it would definitely be nicer to get a heads up that what I've ordered was not available instead of getting 3 notifications on my phone from the website that my order available. I hurt too bad to make blank trips!

Great customer service!

Everytime I come to 420 no matter how bad my day is I always leave feeling better than I did before. My disability along with life struggles are very troubling but the staff of 420 always, always make me feel like I can survive another day. Like a family. All of them. I truly wish I could work there also thanks to them
