I placed an order at 6:30 p.m. and called beforehand to confirm that they accepted cashless transactions. The representative told me that tap-to-pay was available and that all of their drivers were equipped with a card reader. Fast forward to 10:25 p.m., and I received a message from the driver saying he would arrive in five minutes. I asked if tap-to-pay was still available, and he replied, “No.” 😭 As a result, I wasn’t able to receive my order. This was a complete waste of my time, and I will never order from this place again.
