Not a strong as I thought

I picked up my order. The girl did the best she could. 1. No notification 2. I was given a QR code. ( To speed things up). So as a regular customer am I so expect you to follow your own protocol or is it going to always be a cluster F. I am a senior and will use you only because you have the best prices for the quality. I'd like the order service to be consistent. So I'll just do walk in for now. Not a bad review. Just what happened today
