In Sacramento, an area that has challenges, Royal Dab is really providing warm, friendly, knowledgable and pleasant service. Combine that with their menu of extremely affordable high quality brands and top products and this place is an incredible find. I am so glad I came across them today. Both bottles of my Emerald Bay products were priced almost 12 DOLLARS less apiece than ANYWHERE I have ever been. On top of that, my bag contained several promos and large size related samples. I have been a medical user to of Emerald Bay (brand) regularly now for several years. ROYAL DAB's price point is better than any EVER and that includes every sale or coupon price I was ever given as well... Add to that a dispatcher (LeAnn) who helped when I made a mistake in my order, and Raj, a Driver who came with a smile and more samples and info even quicker than expected. If I could give ZERO stars I would. This Company engages in BAIT & SWITCH practices and INSTRUCTS patrons (AFTER their order is complete) to send "selfies" with a specific FACE and I.D. instruction. This is instructed to repeat WEEDMAPS customers, BLAMED on "3rd Party System Issues" that supposedly their company has issues with... but INSTEAD of FIXING said twch issues AND without informing customers on the site they will be required to do so, they place the responsibility on the patron to jeopardize their security once the order is completed, likely believing the effort & time put in will overcome the Customers concerns. When you write back that you have identity theft concerns, they ignore you and when I called, they tried to SCHMOOZE me w/what was clearly a WELL PRACTICED set of exscuses. I have "REAL CA I.D." & BONE CANCER patient. I don't appreciate being screwed around & having my time WASTED. I'm very UPSET & have NEVER had a bad experience previously w/any W.M. purchase.
