Our cartridges are in compliance with all current Florida state laws and glass metal cartridges are available at your request (Provided we do have that product in stock). All of our products are made from distillate that is refined to above 95% THC. The mixture is then cut with MCT to oil, to create (as you said) a 60%-70% cartridge.
