I’ve been a loyal customer since they first opened. I met the owner & had a great conversation with him, which left me feeling this was the ‘right’ dispensary for me. That feeling has only been confirmed, reaffirmed, & strengthened every time I visit. On two occasions, I was not a good customer. In both situations, they carried on with servicing me to the best of their abilities. And both times, they were able to calm me down without escalation or provocation. They quickly understood my medical condition & knew that by being calm, patient, & treating me normally, I would calm down & ‘return to normal.’ V and Danielle are gems; I’m sorry I can’t remember the two guys’ names. They have helped me make the transition from flower to vape, then vape to edibles. As my medical condition continues to change, they have provided me with nothing but the best service. They understand that this is treatment of my symptoms & side-effects. The security guys also deserve props - thank you! Take care.
