They have a website too. The carts are quality; my lungs don’t hurt and I can feel the effects. I’m a med patient I vape daily so quality and effects are very important to me. The customer service is A++. I had a couple issues and they made everything right for me at their expense. Ordering is so stressful for me because something always goes wrong. Alpaca went above and beyond to help me.

I have ordered from here 5 times. 3 of those 5 times they alleged they ran out of specials. I have the texts with clear contradicting excuses. I ordered this week and they asked me if I would mind waiting until the next day for a preroll & pop socket. They contacted me more than once and arranged delivery. They said they canceled my second order for me. I asked if customers can order 2, they said yes. I said I would like to buy both. The immediate response I received is that they’re out of inventory. Next day canceled the order they arranged to deliver have ordered 1 special twice, without hassle. I have tried to order 2 three times and inventory suddenly ran out. I got them this time because I placed 2 separate orders. They put a PRE ORDER special, then try to swap deals when I try to order it. I said I wanted to pre-order like the giant title of the special says. They said their systems don’t allow that & they dk when they will get more. Order includes flyer 4 free items if u 5 star
