Origin 1: Mr. H Genetics’ ZkittleBerry crosses Dutch Passion’s Lemon Zkittles with Berry Grant from Softfarm. Berry Grant brings together Sour Berry, LA Chocolat, and Orange Valley OG, giving this version a much broader genetic foundation than its candy-coated name suggests. It is a photoperiod hybrid bred for indoor or greenhouse cultivation, with an approximately 70-day flowering period. Mr. H Genetics released it only as regular seed, not feminized seed, and did not publish an indica-to-sativa split, THC level, CBD level, terpene profile, flavor description, or effects report.

Origin 2: Ministry of Cannabis’ Auto Zkittleberry crosses Auto Zkittles with Auto Blueberry. This is the autoflowering cultivar described as 60% indica, 35% sativa, and 5% ruderalis, with 19% THC and low CBD. Its flavor lands squarely in the fruit bowl, stacking blueberry and mixed berries against a sharper grapefruit note. The breeder describes the effects as relaxed, joyful, and hungry. It is sold as feminized autoflowering seed and completes its full growing cycle in approximately nine weeks.

These are not photoperiod and autoflowering editions of one cultivar. Mr. H Genetics and Ministry of Cannabis used different parents, different seed formats, and different breeding programs to produce two strains that happen to share nearly the same name.
