Xerxes
Xerxes serves its tropical fruit with a generous grind of pepper. Progressive Treatment Solutions (PTS) created this cross of Ghost Train Haze and Mag Landrace, giving the Illinois cultivar a distinctive fruit-and-spice character.
Kiwi and papaya brighten the nose, while finely ground pepper adds a savory bite. Pine and wood deepen the aroma and keep the tropical sweetness in check. The combination has some tang, some spice, and enough earthy depth to reward a second sniff.
Flower feedback leans calming, while broader accounts of Xerxes describe cerebral euphoria alongside physical heaviness. The contrast is the draw: a little lift upstairs with less insistence on staying busy. Those accounts suggest a relaxed session with some mental sparkle, rather than a reliably energetic ride.
Xerxes originated in PTS’s breeding program. Cultivar-specific flowering time, mature height, numerical yields, and seed format are not established.
