Bred by Umami Seed Co., Tropic Soda comes from their Summer of Soda series created in collaboration with Super Seed Co. As the only sativa in the series, Tropic Soda is a cross between Cherry Lime Soda and Double Dutch Soda. The outcome was deeply purple, almost maroon-hued buds with a thick crystal coating. According to Umami Seeds, this bubbly creation lives up to its name with a terpene profile layered with tropical fruits reminiscent of a Mai Tai, plus a hint of diesel fumes for good measure. While there aren't many reports on this strain's effects, a few reviewers have suggested it leans into a calm, uplifting energy, perfect for daytime sessions.
