The Drip is the name of at least one exotic hybrid strain, but its origins are contested, and even fans have frequently expressed doubts about its exact genetic lineage. Some sources describe The Drip as a reverse strain created by Copy Cat Genetics, using a combination of Runtz and The Soap to create a cross with another exotic hybrid called Mr. Big Stuff. Other sources attribute The Drip to Envy Genetics, citing a straight cross of Gushers and Blow Pops. As you might expect from either lineage, both strains are described as fruity hybrids with a smooth berry flavor, candy aroma, and intense body highs. The buds have similar visual profiles, featuring colorful foliage and a rich trichome frosting.
