It produces medium-sized plants with long, thin leaves despite its indica heritage. Sweat Helmet has an average flowering time between 56 and 70 days indoors and late September to mid-October outdoors. It is known to produce large yields in ideal conditions, especially using sea of green (SOG). Sweat Helmet grows well indoors and outdoors.
