Space Ape
Origin 1: The better-documented cut crosses MAC #15-O with Gorilla Diesel #21-O. Regional growers usually drop the selection numbers and sell it as straight MAC x Gorilla Diesel, but the genetic package stays the same. Crack the jar and cake batter, damp earth, and crushed flowers hit first. Then the Gorilla Diesel comes stomping through with hot fuel and funk. THC runs from the high teens into the low 30s, depending on the batch.
Origin 2: The other Space Ape is reported as Gorilla Glue #4 × Interstellar, with no breeder stepping forward to claim it. This one skips the bakery and heads straight for the fruit bowl. Mango, dark plum, pineapple, and rose crowd the nose before an herbal, peppery finish cuts through. The lineage still needs another credible source, but the profile is far too different to cram into the MAC x Gorilla Diesel cut. Same name, different animal.
Across both versions, reviewers describe a relaxed, euphoric ride that starts creative and social before hunger and sleepiness creep in. That makes either cut an easy end-of-day reach, but expect the exact balance to shift with the genetics and batch. The buds are commonly dense, dark green, sticky, and buried under a heavy coat of trichomes. Just don’t confuse either Space Ape with Apes in Space, a completely separate strain.
