Platinum Cookies is a seriously frosted member of the Cookies family, commonly traced to OG Kush and Durban Poison. It's generally regarded as a selection or phenotype from the original GSC line rather than a completely separate breeder-built cross, although the early Cookies family tree is notoriously murky and some accounts include an additional unidentified parent.
The Platinum name makes sense once the flowers show up.
