Pink Panties sounds playful, but its family tree is serious business.
Mr. Sherbinski first cultivated the clone-only cut around 2011 while working with the Cookie Family. The parentage gets told two slightly different ways: one version describes an OG Kush mother crossed with Burmese Blackberry Kush, while another traces it through Burmese Kush and a Florida Kush backcross. Either way, the same neighborhood keeps showing up: Burmese genetics on one side, Florida/OG Kush blood on the other.
The profile comes in tart before it turns sweet. Grapefruit, citrus peel, flowers, berries, and earthy Kush funk lead the aroma, with pepper, diesel, and a lightly herbal edge keeping the fruit from going full candy shop. Some cuts lean more floral and perfumed; others push deeper into sour citrus and gas.
Pink Panties also carries more historical weight than the name lets on. It became the maternal parent of Sunset Sherbert, which later fed directly into the Gelato family and a huge chunk of the modern dessert-strain era. In other words, plenty of today's candy-heavy menus owe this clone a thank-you note.

Grow reports describe a compact but somewhat stretchy plant with sturdy Kush influence, dense resinous flowers, and a flowering window around 10–11 weeks for the original cut. Indoor height commonly lands around medium range, though stretch can become pronounced early in bloom if left unmanaged. Training and early canopy control help keep the plant from getting leggy, while airflow matters once the sticky, tightly packed flowers begin stacking.
