Pie Crust

The number one reason I use cannabis is to treat my anxiety/panic disorder. I received a free pre-roll of Pie Crust for referring a friend to a local dispensary. I’m very thankful for the free joint. I went back and purchased 7g. This is the most anxiolytic strain I’ve ever used. It washes my anxiety away. I only use cannabis late in the evening and judge strains on how I sleep and how I feel throughout the following day. Pie Crust helps me fall asleep without worries and leaves me feeling calm until the next evening when I medicate again. In addition I’ve had depression most of my adult life and can’t use typical antidepressants (SSRIs) without serious side effects. This strain is excellent for depression. I don’t get couch lock, however Pie Crust does give me a comfortable body effect. I don’t consider flavor, scent or attractiveness of buds when selecting a strain, however it’s a bonus that Pie Crust has all of the above working in it’s favor. I wish I knew the lineage, but understand why a grower wouldn’t want to disclose this info with all the time and work they’ve put in to producing such a wonderful strain.

This strain is by far the best I have found so far to relieve anxiety. Now that there is no more around I’m going to have to revert back to prescription drugs. This is my biggest problem with medical marijuana in MD: lack of availability of the stuff that really works. 🙁
