Hectane

Hectane is an exotic and mostly indica hybrid strain developed by Grandiflora Genetics, Marc McAfferty's Oakland-based breeding and cultivation outfit perhaps best known as a partner of the hegemonic Cookies Fam crew. Grandiflora's cultivar is a cross between High Tech and an in-house Gelato #45 descendant dubbed Project 4516.

The pairing yields fragrant and flavor-forward flower, favored for its sweet fruity profile that is said to evoke apple candy as well as lemon. It's sometimes grown by Redwood Cultivation and Strains Limited. Ample indica genes help Hectane relax the body, but like all good hybrids, it can be mentally stimulating as well.
