Headband Cookies BX1, or just Headband Cookies, is an exotic hybrid bred by heady Denver-based Ethos Genetics, who developed the strain through a complex cross of (ChemD x I95), Mandarin Cookies, (Headband x I95), and California Black Roze. The breeder calls it boutique herb that hits with an "upfront sativa-like blast followed by a warm gravy effect."

Its terpene profile lends an aroma of meat and sour gas with subtle floral notes. Riot Seeds breeds a similar ChemD-and-Cookie pheno, marketed with the D capitalized — HeadbanD Cookies — and described as a cross between Girl Scout Cookies and D-DNL, a Chemdawg variety from TopDawgSeeds.
