Great taste, crap charging

Am I doing something wrong? I bought from my fav local dispensary and there was no charge when I opened. No problem as I have ton of USB-C cords. Charged for 1 hour (showing red light when plugged in, blue light when pressing the button) and got 2 tokes out when it died. Again. Charged overnight and the charging light stayed red. Again, got 2 tokes with blue light then died. Again. Going to time the charge to come up with a toke per minute ratio. Wish me luck!
