Not to be confused with the balanced Frozen Margy hybrid from Cannarado Genetics, Frozen Margarita is a newer sativa-dominant hybrid bred by RYTHM. Though the similarity in names has led to significant confusion for retailers, Frozen Margarita is a cross of two other sativa-leaning hybrids: Tequila Mints and Lemon Icee. Some have even abandoned the name and label Frozen Margarita with just its parent strains.

While Frozen Margy is known as an evenly balanced hybrid, Frozen Margarita has a much stronger sativa ancestry. The extra oomph from its chatty parents reportedly manifests in a potent and upbeat smoking experience, as well as a subtle aroma of spicy lemon reminiscent of a fresh blended margarita. Best suited for the daytime smoker and adventurous evenings, Frozen Margarita has a great reputation for social settings and when you may want a looser couchlock.
