Nirvana Seeds created Citral by combining a landrace Hindu Kush with an unknown second landrace. The name “Citral” comes from the nearby village of Chitral, where the landrace was found.

Citral is an indica strain combined from two indica landraces. The cultivar produces short, fat plants with heavy branching and broad fan leaves that require regular trimming. Citral flowers in eight to nine weeks indoors, producing high yields with SOG training. Outdoor gardens reach full maturity in late September.
