Cake Frosting

Not to be confused with the Frosted Cake strain, Cake Frosting is one or possibly two distinct sweet cannabis treats from totally different origins. The most widely reported story comes from Colorado-based breeder Moksha Seed Co., which crossed The Sauce #1 and Drive Thru Wedding #3. Cannabis connoisseurs say its flavor profile is sweet and earthy, with a lovely smell reminiscent of rainy forest walks amongst pine trees. So far, there are few reports about what a session spent with this version feels like.

A second, less documented lineage for Cake Frosting is Wedding Cake and Permafrost. The aromatic profile from this cross ultimately aligns much more closely with its Cake Frosting name. Think: baked goods, vanilla, and cream. Effects are described as heady, cerebral, and long-lasting. The original breeder is unknown.
