The customer service was great. I purchased a few different loose flower. The taste and feel was great. The only reason I gave this 4 stars and not 5 was because I feel that the flower could have been trimmed a bit better. There was a lot of trimmings left over on the flowers that could have been better trimmed off. Other that I give this place 5 Stars.
