Glad they are closed! There was never even a doctor on site. You pay, fill out paperwork, and then the doctor came like once a week to collect a bunch of money and sign papers. Will make it hard for legitimate users if places like this continue to exist. SMH

I they were absolutely no help when I was trying to get my hubby who had stage4 cancer any help.lucikly the cancer Dr filled out paperwork. I've driven to Lansing and Holland to get certified. That hour drive was gas money used wisely. They suck!
