Very pleasant staff, no waiting. A little hard to find, but worth the effort. This was my first visit and compared to other referral services in this county it was by far the friendliest. Video conference with the doctor was short and sweet, and the whole process was done in about a half hour. Very happy with my experience at this establishment.
