Relaxed Clarity has the nicest MMJ docs and staff. The relaxed environment makes going to get a renewal a less stressful experience. the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the new online system and broke it down into an easy step by step process. I really can't say enough good things about relaxed clarity. they are the best MMJ Doc I've been to, they're professional, clean, friendly, knowledgeable, and down right nice people.

Nice place to go, everybody was nice and helpful. the online appointments system and price was another plus i recommend to anyone renewing or applying for the first time.

Best experience ever! Have a real bad rare severe condition, checked around for a while to find the right place who would be more than able to just put a stamp on a piece of paper. Stumbled upon Lance, as I had found a place before that that seemed appropriate -Dr Cohen in Boulder, however they told me they didn't have anyone who was familiar with my condition. Then I found Lance from RELAXED CLARITY! Exemplary customer/patient services, I'd written a long detailed explanation of my situation & he sincerely cared, helped me to get in with Dr. Gottesfeld, very quickly, who is a VERY sensible man- wanted to help wean me off of opiates instead of stopping cold turkey, that'd been a shock to my whole system, I couldn't even get my long time original pain management Dr. to agree to wean me off & I'd considered her as she cared most... anyhow, I'd prepared for a long wait, was smart & printed/filled out paperwork before I got there, only to find that I'd left the papers home! I was worried about nothing as even with people already there, I still got in with the Dr. just a few minutes after filling out minimal paperwork! Glad to have found a real Dr. not just a guy trying to rush you through, very credible, sensible, patient, caring man & you won't find me to leave reviews very often, only if I think I can help out somebody else who's trying to make a decision from reviews, their staff was very helpful as well being that I'm in a lot of pain, sometimes unfortunately, I'm also a pain..they all seem genuinely interested in providing top notch care, & some employees even stayed late after work in order for me to come back for a Dr's note! Lance, Dr. Gottesfeld, Staff, everybody was indescribably above & beyond what I could have hoped to expect. I'm leaving this review because good customer service is rarely a concern it seems these days, & if I find anywhere that deserves, I make it a point to let others know & save them some time. Oh yeah, & they do provide extended plant count to those whom it applies. hope this helps someone find what they're looking for! There'll be a copy of this review, so I don't have ta re-write this entire thing.

For a great service and a great team of people I enjoyed my time here and I would recommend this place to anyone

I loved this place and had so many positive experiences in the last 6 years since moving to the area. Until today. They just informed me that in the beginning of 2020, they moved to a new record keeping system, and deleted my complete medical history that I had signed over to them. Over 20 years of medical records gone, just like that. As a disabled person, I often worry about when or if I will need to stop working/become unable to provide for myself- hopefully it's not any time in the near future because I'll need to re-establish those issues with a new doctor because they've cleared the majority of the recorded history. Their receptionist Jennifer did not show any empathy or remorse over what is arguably the most critical function of a medical office assistant- keeping track of records.
