The facility was in a good area and was very professional. The doctor was thorough and it did not take long for my license to be approved.

Loved how quick and to the point the appointment was. I am glad that you send in all your info ahead of time so you don't have to do all of that at the appointment. And the waiting room was family friendly too!

Quick and easy.

I struggle with computers and reading off them cause me to have seizures. Everything they do is computer based and to keep the card I have constantly had to ask for help from family to fill out forms and to keep the card. Being completely computer based for me isn’t very helpful. They are nice and friendly and did help me in the office but the computer work is hard for me and if I didn’t have family help I wouldn’t be able to continue In the program.

From the beginning I was coersed to pay without having all the necessary paperwork,you will have 4 different people contacting you and all of them contradict one another.They ask for extremely sensitive information,and then it goes dark,my process lasted 2 months! Still to no avail! Kelli Love says because she screwed up that all $250 will be refunded,Christine Lemonier will hound you with 4 tense emails a day urging you to finish,and then finally Brian will call and tell you ABSOLUTELY no money will be refunded.Also if you try to settle it in person Brian will change address from Cleveland to Akron and to Canton,I guess they don't know about screen shots! You do an exam over FaceTime with "female doctor" that guarantees approval,but when you call the state marijuana license workers,they have none of your information. They are rude and condescending! Kelli Love will keep referring to you as her child! No Thanks! The website is sketchy and temperamental! Bunch of scammers!
