I had an excellent experience with the team at Pallitivity. Lisa was very helpful. Also they care a lot about their patients and are helpful especially with questions regarding VA and Medical Cannabis. I recommend them highly!

I found the Palliativity Group through a search on Weedmaps while looking to get certified for the NH Therapeutic Cannabis Program. I found the experience from start to finish to be informative, effortless and absolutely worth it! After filling out all of the necessary forms online, I was offered the next available appointment with the option to be put on a waiting list. (all online) My appointment wait time was about 3 weeks, which was reasonable esp with Covid. I met with Lisa, who is brilliant at what she does and so kind, empathetic and compassionate. My certification process was pretty straight forward since I have a qualifying condition but Lisa spent a lot of time educating me on beneficial strains to treat my symptoms. I sent paperwork to the state of NH on 3/2/23 and received the card in the mail on 3/29. I highly recommend Palliativity Group!

If you want a real, caring person for your doctor, you need to go here. Even when I had to start paying(grrr insurance) I do so gladly, she's worth it.

Find a pain care place that will handle the issues of patient portal communication without becoming irate. The office mgr and co-owner, Paul, totally lost control over a misplaced electronic script at the pharmacy. He discharged the patient and instigated an aggressive taper; and he's not even medically licensed! The patient did nothing wrong medically. It was totally inexcusable, inappropriate, and rude. Lisa Withrow did not disagree with his decision.

This company would be phenomenal if Paul wasn't dealing with the customers. He is a bully and will target disabled people if you read other reviews. I will never send credit card information via an app I've never heard of also was not my card. Because I wouldn't send him what he wanted right away, he threatened to have my card revoked. I have receipts also that proof this and I did send it into the state of new hampshire because Paul's behavior was appalling! Also, it's cheaper to go right through the state of new hampshire than to go through Palliativity Group for recertification.
