We charge $130 for initial visit and $95 for follow ups.

The NYS law says that in order to prescribe MMJ, I have to be treating you for the approved condition. I am a board certified in emergency medicine and currently practice family care, urgent care, and occupational medicine. I am willing to accept new patients to evaluate and treat. I do not prescribe narcotics or benzodiazepines (Xanax, Valium, Ativan, etc.). If you have a qualifying condition, I will probably recommend MMJ treatment for you. Be aware, this process will take some time, possibly up to 3 months. Prior to coming to see me to establish as my patient, I will need records from your previous treating physician documenting past treatments and the results of these treatments.
