Since all of the 8 Mile and Detroit-area MMMP certification centers have been mysteriously closing (State of Michigan!), this was my 3rd renewal and the only location I could find that was still operating. When you head to the building, they have about 3 spots in front to park, but in back it is a very tight squeeze to get into the back lot, which only has about 4 spots. We got trapped in there! It was literally 3PM on Friday, both lots were full, but you can't see the back one until you pull in. If you go around the block, you can park right behind on McDougall. Sorry, the parking stressed me out! It took me about 20 minutes to fill out the paperwork, the seating area on the main floor is extremely tiny. I think that they have the Yoga in the basement, and the Lawyers are upstairs, but there were also a lot of people on the main floor going in and out. Their regular dr. wasn't in (Dr. Bryant?), they had their on-call dr., this was Dr. Walker. She was great! Very quick and efficient. There will be signs all over that say that they are "sorry, the credit card machine is down". Well I worked at a CC processor, they don't accept anything to do with Medical Marijuana or the certifications, so these are ALWAYS down. Not sure why they don't just say that. The price per Patient was $84. This was $75 plus some $9 each nonsense. They do supposedly have Specials for Caregivers, but ours met us there and he did not get a discount at all tho he has been using them for a while. The dr. and cert. part was very fast, we were the 2nd group in for the day. When we left, all 5 chairs, it's only 5 and no idea why not more, were full, people were standing, others waiting out front and back. We had parked on the street behind, McDougall, and now people were parking at least 2 blocks away in each direction. So try to get there early! Fast process. Cash only.

Came here to get certified and was very pleased with my experience. Took less than 25 minutes and the staff was very efficient in making the process quick. The doctor was very friendly, the receptionist was also great and very meticulous about all of the forms making sure everything was clear and correct. Would definitely recommend coming here, for only $84 out the door you will be certified quickly and have everything in order to send to the state. Pretty easy to find and parking was no trouble. I came around 4:00 pm on a Friday and hardly waited. Try to get there early and avoid any lines that I’m sure form during their busiest hours. Great experience overall and was very satisfied with the service.

Right price fast and friendly. I had no medical records came here and 20 mins later I was at the dispensary buying bud. 2.5 weeks later my hard card came in the mail HASSLE FREE!

Absolutely amazing. Alexa is literally the best with everything. Paper work she's got it, phone calls she's got it. The most friendliest customer service I have ever got anywhere. Detroit location is nice and waiting rooms are nice the people are great. Doctors was really friendly and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Absolutely all the credit goes to Alexa she made this an absolute breeze.

I ended up calling the Ann Arbor location since this one was busy helping other patients. A really sweet girl named Alexa helped me out by giving all the info I needed! She went above and beyond in answering any questions I had. I got set up for an appointment at the Detroit location where Christina was able to take care of me regarding seeing a doctor and making sure I fully had all my questions answered. I was nervous at first but the doctor was understanding and they made sure you were comfortable!

I'm a new patient and was nervous about getting certified for the first time. The woman running the show was on top of everything, smart, efficient, and friendly. The doctor was very understanding, kind, and helpful. I was in and out in less than an hour. They give you a folder of information for how to stay current as well as copies of your papers, and everything that's to be sent to the state is put in an envelope already addressed. A top notch experience. Cannot recommend them enough!

I came here with my caretaker about a month ago and expected a hastle and just a bunch of bs BUT I highly recommend this place. Not only was the doc cool as hell but he seemed to care about my wellbeing. Also Im not sure what their job Is there but there are 2 beautiful women working there as well and they know their shit too and obviously their easy on the eyes... AGAIN I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO GET YOUR CARD....

As a millennial who’s lives downtown Detroit I avoids the suburbs at all cost so I naturally was stoked to find this doctor right off of Jefferson! The woman who worked with me Alexa was super informative/ helpful from scheduling my appointment to giving me a print out of step by step instructions on how to pay my Michigan licensing fee online! I didn't know exactly what to expect coming in but everyone was incredibly nice and helpful! The doctor was very professional and it made my first experience receiving my certification stress free and simple!

The service was great, the doctor really makes you feel comfortable and it was quick. Oh and probably the cheapest I've found around town. They also do yoga in the same building where you actually smoke before you practice its so dope, tues and thurs.

The service was amazing. Everyone of the office ladies are nice and very informative, kind and courtious. The doctor was extremly comforting and has a good bedside manner. I will be recommending them in the furture. The McKissack family.
