They have too many patients and not enough staff. Wait times or horrible and if you miss your appoitment once your out of luck. You aren’t reminded and your expected to book your own follow ups! You forget your out!

Worst Experience Ever
If I could give a negative star rating I would. I’ve never been given this kind of run around in my whole life. I scheduled an appointment with them and they emailed me and cancelled it a week before and then never ever rescheduled it for me. After many attempts of getting a hold of someone they just threw me some more red tape. NEGATIVE 5 STARS

Step 1
Book and Attend your Appointment: You will meet with a health care professional to discuss whether or not medical cannabis is right for you.

Step 2
Attend your Education Consultation: After consulting with the health care professional, you can either visit a Natural Health Services Education Centre or call 1-888-404-5217 to speak with our experienced Patient Educators. They will help you select a Licensed Producer (LP) that best suits your needs and answer any questions you may have.
Step 3
Registration and Ordering: Now that you’ve selected your LP you need to register as a patient with them. Visit their website and complete the online process. They will contact you within 10 business days and then you’ll be able to place your first order.
Step 4
Continuing Care: A follow-up appointment is a good time to ask questions or discuss any changes you may have regarding your medication, with a physician. In Alberta, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Alberta requires all patients to attend regular follow-up appointments every 3 months.
