Good experience today..I'm happy.

Last time I did a not good review on Miracle Leaf because I called twice and they told me that a doctor was going to call me but nothing. I do not know what happened although experience tells me that employees are almost always guilty of this disconnection. But good ... the important thing is that today I called and they contacted me with Dr. Altman from the branch of Wext Dixie in North Miami and he gave me a good time answering all the questions I had to ask him and clearing all the doubts. When they treat me badly I say it but when they treat me very well as was this case it is logical to mention it. Today was an excellent deal.

Miracle Leaf gets the job done!

Miracle Leaf is your one stop shop. You can get your MMJ card process started with them and also pick up your CBD products. Not every clinic offers CBD products so this was a delight. They also have knowledgeable staff who understand the process of getting your card which is usually very confusing. The only thing that I don’t like is that it takes the state 7 days to process your info. But other than that, these guys make it easy. It seems like business is going good for them because they are opening stores all over Florida. Check them out when you get a chance, they are the future of the medical marijuana business.

I have a debilitating condition and wanted to obtain certification for medical marijuana. My search started about 3 weeks ago, searching the web reading reviews and contacting multiple doctors offices asking a ton of questions. This office was the most helpful, explaining what I needed to do to get started and get my card. Surprisingly, they were able to schedule me for the same day. The office was very clean and modern, all the staff was courteous and very professional. I did not have to wait an eternity to see the Doctor. The Doctor was thorough and knowledgeable, he did not rush through the visit. I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking treatment. I will definitely be sending everyone who asks me!!!! Horrible experience every time

They are almost impossible to get a hold of, I have been on hold almost every time I call for a lengthy period. They were extremely difficult to work with when I wanted to renew my prescription amidst covid - I am immunosuppressant and do not want to expose myself, and they offered no solutions for telehealth - the doctor left. I made an appointment and finally went in to see the doctor. He talked about music the whole time and asked me no questions regarding my health - said he prescribed me everything and then “forgot” to add flower when I tried to go buy. I call back to tell the manager what happened and she says I have to go in again for an entirely new appointment because the same doctor isn’t there anymore (two weeks later). Offers me no alternative solution to their error - their waiting area is tiny and I shouldn’t have to expose myself because of their error and their lack of professionalism when trying to resolve my issue. Every time I speak to them I have a terrible experience. Do not go here.
